Provider assurance

Governance & Security by Design

Neravise is being developed to support safe, accountable, and clinically governed neurodevelopmental assessment workflows.

Neravise has been designed with governance, confidentiality, and professional accountability at its core. The platform supports informed consent, secure access, clinician oversight, auditability, and responsible handling of sensitive assessment information. Full governance, data protection, and procurement documentation can be provided to services during onboarding or supplier assurance discussions.

ICO & Data Protection

Neravise is intended to operate in line with UK data protection requirements, including appropriate ICO registration, lawful processing, and transparent handling of sensitive clinical information.

Secure Data Storage

Patient records, consent information, transcripts, reports, and audit logs should be stored securely using UK or UK/EU-approved cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised users.

AI & Clinician Oversight

AI-supported features are designed to assist with transcription, organisation, and report drafting. Neravise does not diagnose ADHD or Autism and does not replace professional clinical judgement.

Audio Retention

Neravise is designed to support configurable retention settings, including deletion of audio recordings after transcription where clinically and legally appropriate.

Breach Response

The platform should support audit logs, access monitoring, and incident response processes so suspected data breaches can be identified, assessed, and managed appropriately.

Insurance & Supplier Assurance

Neravise Ltd will maintain appropriate business, professional, and cyber-related insurance as required for working with healthcare and assessment providers.

Provider assurance documentation

Provider assurance documentation

For clinics, NHS-adjacent providers, and commissioning teams, Neravise can provide further information regarding data protection, information governance, insurance, data storage, AI security, breach response, and retention processes as part of supplier assurance or procurement discussions.

Clinician-led workflow

Built around the practical reality of neurodevelopmental assessment work, from transcription and note organisation through to structured report drafting and assessment scoring support.

Governance and consent built in

Consent workflows, auditability, data protection principles, and governance safeguards are part of the workflow from the outset, supporting confidentiality, informed consent, and clinical accountability.

Report quality and QA support

Structured drafting, review tools, and QA support help services improve turnaround times while maintaining report quality, professional integrity, and clear documentation standards.
