Terms of Use
These draft terms explain the basis on which people and organisations may access and use Neravise.
1. About Neravise
Neravise is a clinician-governed platform intended to support neurodevelopmental referral, assessment documentation, evidence organisation, review and reporting workflows.
2. Acceptance of terms
Access to Neravise is subject to these terms and any separate agreement between Neravise Ltd and the subscribing organisation. If those documents conflict, the applicable signed customer agreement should identify which terms take priority.
3. Permitted use
Users may use Neravise only for authorised professional, administrative or demonstration purposes and within the permissions assigned by their organisation.
4. Professional and clinical use
Neravise supports professional workflows. It does not replace qualified clinical judgement. Clinicians remain responsible for interpreting evidence, making decisions, reviewing AI-assisted drafts where enabled, and approving final clinical records and reports.
5. User responsibilities
Users must enter accurate information, follow their organisation's policies, respect consent choices, use only appropriately licensed assessment materials, and avoid uploading information they are not authorised to process.
6. Account security
Users must protect access codes and sessions, use only their own account, keep contact details current, and notify their organisation or Neravise Support promptly if they suspect unauthorised access.
7. Intellectual property
Neravise and its original software, branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party assessment materials remain the property of their respective owners and may require separate licences.
8. Availability
Neravise aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance, security work or events outside reasonable control may affect access.
9. Prohibited use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, weaken security controls, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's account, process unlawful content, or use Neravise for autonomous diagnosis or other purposes outside the agreed service.
10. Third-party services
Neravise may depend on authorised hosting, authentication, storage or optional processing services. Applicable third-party terms and customer agreements should be reviewed before those services handle regulated or confidential information.
11. Limitation of liability
Any limitations or exclusions of liability must be confirmed in the applicable customer agreement and reviewed by legal advisers. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
Neravise Ltd may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The published notice should state the effective date and how material changes are communicated.
